French court refuses to extradite Georgian ex-defense minister

The Court of Aix-en-Provence has refused to extradite Georgian ex-Defense Minister David Kezerashvili suspected of corruption, as stated by his lawyer Shota Mindeli, Interfax reports.

The lawyer reminded that his client was restricted from leaving France in October.
