Tamara Guzenkova: "The authorities in Ukraine are illegitimate"

Deputy Director of the Russian Institute of Strategic Studies Tamara Guzenkova believes that Ukraine now has no legitimate authority, and thus the election of the mayor of Sevastopol is a measure corresponding to the revolutionary situation in the country. According to the analyst, now is the time for new politicians to show themselves.
