Crimean PM takes control of law-enforcement

Newly-appointed Prime Minister of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov has announced that he has taken control of the peninsula's law-enforcement agencies, ITAR-TASS reports.

The head of the Crimean cabinet says he now controls the interior ministry, the military forces, the ministry for emergencies, the fleet, the customs service and the border guards, passing over the central authorities in Kyiv.
