Ukraine forms special commission for constitutional amendments

The Ukrainian parliament has formed a special commission to work on constitutional amendments, ITAR-TASS reports.

Oleksandr Turchynov, Speaker of Parliament and Acting President, said that the revived 2004 Constitution still needed amendments.
