EU and US want to break February 21 agreement - Russia

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated, following talks with Mongi Hamdi, his counterpart from Tunisia, that the EU and US were trying to break the February 21 agreement in Ukraine.

He added that Russia will not change its attitude towards the situation in Ukraine.
