Russian ex-defense minister’s brother-in-law surrenders to police

Russian ex-Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov’s brother-in-law Valery Puzikov has handed himself over to the police. He is charged with embezzlement. The suspect is not allowed to leave his city, ITAR-TASS reports.
