Stavropol’s Chernogorov to stand for governor

Ex-Governor of the Stavropol Territory Alexander Chernogorov plans to stand for governor in September this year, Kommersant reports.

The ex-governor noted that he was appealing his “illegal dismissal” from the post of a deputy minister and working on realization of President Vladimir Putin’s May decrees “sabotaged by functionaries.”
