Ukraine will not extradite nationalist Yarosh

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine said that Dmitry Yarosh, leader of the Right Sector nationalist organization, will not be extradited to Russia, according to the Ukrainian Constitution and the Criminal Code, 1957 European Convention on Extradition, ITAR-TASS reports.

The Russian Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case against Yarosh on March 3 and put him on the international wanted list.
