Russian parliament to discuss mergence with Crimea next week

The lower house of the Russian parliament will discuss mergence with Crimea next week, said Sergey Mironov, leader of the A Fair Russia Party, RIA Novosti reports.He believes that a referendum in Crimea on March 16 will give enough time to consider the law in a normal regime. Mironov reminded that he had introduced the bill on annexation on February 28. The document was specially developed to take over Crimea, according to the legislator.The bill will allow foreign territories to merge with Russia via a referendum. Crimea could become the 84th subject of Russia, should the bill be approved.
