Sevastopol wants to merge with Russia

Acting Head of the Sevastopol administration Dmitry Belik says that the city plans to discuss mergence with Russia, RIA Novosti reports.

Belik has expressed hope that it will preserve its special status after becoming a Russian territory. 

Crimea has already requested Russia to add it to its territories.
