Beslan schools to open after September 3

Schools in Beslan, where a terrorist attack took place on 1-3 of September, 2004, will start after the 3rd of September due to mourning ceremonies, RIA Novosti reports, citing the Deputy Interior Minister of North Ossetia, Soslan Sikoyev.
"The first three days of September see mourning in Beslan," he said.
