Volgograd sends 10 tons of humanitarian aid to Crimea
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaVolgograd will deliver 10 tons of humanitarian aid to Sevastopol, said Dmitry Semenenko, Head of the business and consumer market department of the Volgograd administration, ITAR-TASS reports.
The shipment contains construction and industrial equipment and food.
Volgograd and Sevastopol became twin-cities in 2013.
Volgograd Head Irina Guseva signed a declaration for twin-cities, leaders of international organizations and associations yesterday. She said that Ukraine must decide its fate democratically.
