Russia does not need additional laws to annex Crimea

Sergey Zheleznyak, Vice Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament and Deputy Secretary of the United Russia General Council, said that Russia did not need any additional laws to annex Crimea, RIA Novosti reports.

The parliament will set the schedule for talks on the bill of the A Fair Russia Party to simplify mergence. Zheleznyak said that there were no obstacle to mergence of territories with Russia.
