Ukraine to form National Guards and mobilize population

Oleksandr Turchynov, Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament and Acting President, said that the country needed to form National Guards and declare partial mobilization, Interfax reports.

The mobilization will be announced for volunteers willing to undergo military service.
