Georgia celebrates Solidarity Day

Georgia is celebrating the Day of Solidarity, Trend reports. The holiday was established on September 1st 2008 by President Mikhail Saakashvili, after the conflict in South Ossetia.

Back then over 1.5 million people in Georgia had made a chain of solidarity at Freedom Square.
