Israeli diplomats around the globe are on strike in order to show their protest at the country's Ministry of Finance's policies. Israeli diplomats demand that their salaries be increased automatically as the prices of commodities rise.

In the framework of their strike, employees of Israeli embassies stopped receiving foreign citizens and organizing state visits.
