Meeting of CIS foreign ministers in Kyiv cancelled

A meeting of the foreign ministers of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), scheduled to be held in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv on March 12, has been cancelled, a CIS official is quoted as saying.
