Georgia and Spain establish joint economic council

Spain and the former Soviet republic of Georgia have established a joint economic council. The corresponding agreement was signed in Madrid today by Georgian Minister of Economy Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Spanish State Secretary for Trade Jaime García-Legaz.

The body is expected to coordinate the implementation of joint projects.
