Ruppel named Deputy Minister for Economy of Krasnodar Territory

Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev appointed Alexander Ruppel as the Deputy Minister for Economy yesterday. Ruppel will focus on monitoring and coordination of state programs and territorial development, Yuga.ru reports.
