Russia and CE chief discuss Ukraine crisis

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland have discussed the Ukraine crisis and CE mechanisms to settle the dispute, RIA Novosti reports.
