Russia asks PACE to check Ukraine for Neo-Nazism

Russia has asked the PACE to form a commission and investigate crimes committed by the Maidan opposition of Ukraine in the past three months, Russian senator Igor Morozov has said today, RIA Novosti reports.

Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet and EU Chief Diplomat Catherine Ashton said that there were snipers shooting police officers and civilians. According to Morozov, German MPs approve the idea. German legislators fear that the Right Sector would contaminate Neo-Nazis of Europe with its ideology. Neo-Nazis from Baltic states, Poland and Sweden were reportedly involved in the Maidan protests.
