Novruz celebration to be held in Luzhniki

The Novruz celebration is scheduled to be held in the Russia Concert Hall in Luzhniki on March 22, ITAR-TASS cites the Department of Media and Advertising of the Moscow City Hall as saying. 

Foreign diplomats are expected to take part in the event.
