Dagestan to adopt cleanliness law

Dagestani Ombudsperson Ummulazil Omarova has urged the republic's lawmakers to adopt a special cleanliness law in order to protect the environment and cultural heritage, SKFO.ru reports on Wednesday. 

The official said such a law would help citizens to enjoy their constitutional right to a healthy lifestyle.
