Russian Investigative Committee starts legal action against Ukrainian prosecutors

The Russian Investigative Committee has started legal action against Ukrainian prosecutors, who started an investigation against the Commander of the Russian Black Sea Naval Forces, Vice Admiral Alexander Vitko, RIA Novosti reports. 

The Ukrainian law-enforcement agencies accuse the Russian commander of inciting high treason and organizing sabotage.
