Russian scientists will not be hit by foreign sanctions

President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Fortov said that foreign sanctions the international society could take against Russia would not have an impact on science, Gazeta.ru reports.Fortov noted that the West had no sanctions against Russian science in mind. He talked with scientists from the Max Planck Society and there was not even a hint on science sanctions.The official added that Russia and Ukraine would continue science cooperation even if Kiev takes the European path.
