1,500 Russian airborne troops land in Rostov Region

Colonel-General Vladimir Shamanov, Commander of the Russian Airborne Forces, ordered troops to land in the Rostov Region, RIA Novosti reports.

3,500 soldiers will make the biggest engaged in the biggest airborne drills of the past 20 years. The drills will continue until March 14. 1,500 soldiers, over 10 vehicles and crates have landed at the Kuzminki Range in Rostov.
