D. Piskulov: “Ruble exchange-value is defined by the political situation”

Dmitry Piskulov, Chairman of the Board of the National Currency Association, commented on the current situation over exchange-value of ruble and spoke about its connection with the political situation in Russia. Ukrainian events caused a fall at the Russian stock market. RTS and MICEX reduced to minimal rates. The ruble became cheaper and cheaper, while the euro costs more than 50 rubles.
