Yevgeny Fedorov: "The position of the Central Bank is regulated by the IMF"

A member of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes, Yevgeny Fyodorov, talks about the current rate of the ruble. He claims that the position of the Central Bank is regulated by the International Monetary Fund. Ukrainian events have caused busts on the Russian stock market. The RTS and MICEX indexes are the lowest they have been in the past few years. The ruble is rapidly depreciating, while the euro has overcome the threshold of 50 rubles.
