The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation confirmed that the principal owner of a fruit and vegetable base in Biryulyovo had been placed in the international wanted list on charges of organizing illegal migration, reports ITAR-TASS.
The investigation also plans to indict three more people from among the tenants of the base.
The Moscow Investigation Department started a criminal case against the managers and owners of the fruit and vegetable base in Biryulyovo on illegal immigration (Part 2 st.322.1 Criminal Code) on October 15 last year after riots in the neighborhood.
The vegetable base was closed after riots connected with the murder of a 25-year Muscovite, Yegor Shcherbakov, in October last year, during which 400 people were detained.
