President of Kabardino-Balkaria reappointed for 4 more years

53 out of 57 deputies of the parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria validated the current President Arsen Kanokov in his post for a second term. The four absent deputies of the KPRF (Communist Party) abstained from voting, RIA Novosti reports.
