Russian and US chief diplomats start talks in London

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry have started closed-door talks in London, RIA Novosti reports.

The sides are possibly discussing solutions to the Ukrainian crisis.

The diplomats discussed it in a telephone conversation yesterday.
