Observers say Crimea referendum meets international standards

Independent observers say that the voting and counting process at the referendum in Crimea and Sevastopol met the international standards, ITAR-TASS reports.

The referendum was open, fair and tolerant. Observers add that the vote results are legit and reflect people’s opinions.
