Putin to make speech at Federal Assembly on March 18

Russian President Vladimir Putin will make a speech at the Federal Assembly at the Georgiyevsky Hall of the Kremlin 3.00PM on March 18. He will express his view of the Crimean request to join Russia and the referendum results, RIA Novosti reports.

96.77% of people in Crimea voted for joining Russia yesterday.
