Russian-Crimean agreement to be ratified this week

The Russian-Crimean agreement concerning the republic's accession to the Russian Federation is going to be ratified before the end of the week, Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyevko is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

The agreement was signed today by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian Prime Minister Sergey Aksyonov.
