Azerbaijan to open embassy in Kabul this year

Afghan Foreign Minister Zarar Ahmad Osmani said in Baku that Azerbaijan will open an embassy in Kabul this year, Trend reports.

Osmani ntoed that its opening had been discussed with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. Afghanistan plans to send a new ambassador to Azerbaijan soon. The previous ambassador became a minister and can no longer head the diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan.
