Russian-Crimean mergence to be concluded this week

The legal aspect of the Russian-Crimean mergence will be concluded this week, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, ITAR-TASS reports.

The minister emphasized that Russia will continue protection of its compatriots abroad.
