President of Russian Olympic Committee calls performance at Games successful

President of the Russian Olympic Committee Alexander Zhukov said today that Russia succeeded at the 21st Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, RIA Novosti reports.

Russia won 33 medals (13 gold, 11 silver, 9 bronze), topping the medal list. Zhukov added that analysts will study performances at the Games per sports federation.
