Ukrainian police detain Naftogaz CEO

The Ukrainian police have detained chief executive of the Naftogaz company Yevgeny Bakulin, the country's Interior Minister Arsen Avakov wrote on his Facebook page on Friday. According to prosecutors, Bakulin embezzled $4 billion.
