Plan to form Crimean special economic zone to be ready by April 15

Russian Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak who will supervise Crimea in the Russian government said that the plan to form a special economic zone on the peninsula will be ready by April 15, RIA Novosti reports.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev proposed its formation at a council for socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol.
