Ukraine moves troops from Crimea

Oleksandr Turchynov, Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament and Acting President, said at the opening of the parliament mitigation committee that the National Security and Defense Council decided to relocate troops and move them from Crimea, ITAR-TASS reports.
