Russian legislator sees failure of Ukraine in poor cultural policy

Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament Sergey Naryshkin said that the crisis in Ukraine was caused by poor culture policy, RIA Novosti reports.

Naryshkin noted that the example of Ukraine should teach people not to interfere in other countries’ society, history or culture. He is confident that things will normalize, and that Russians and Ukrainians will live together.
