Direct maritime transportation to open between Kerch and Anapa
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaMaritime transport between Anapa (Krasnodar Territory) and Kerch (Crimea) will start tomorrow. The 40-meter twin-hull vessel Sochi-1 will ply the new route, ITAR-TASS reports. The vessel has room for 300 passengers and can move at a speed of 34 knots, 63km/h. People will no longer need to take a ferry in the Temryuksky District to reach Crimea. Sailings between the two ports will take place twice a day, starting on April 1.
