Spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich has denied information about attempts to block Aeroflot charter flights to Georgia, Business Georgia reports.

According to media reports quoting the Russian Federal Aviation Agency, the Foreign Ministry recommended the commission for airline permits to give Aeroflot no permissions for charter flights to Georgia. Ural Airlines and S7 Airlines are making such flights at the moment.

Aeroflot may renew flights to Georgia after a 5-year break in April.
