Krasnodar to host first Russian Rowing and Canoe Sprint Championship

Krasnodar will host the first Russian Championship and All-Russian Championship for Rowing and Canoe Sprint at the Center for Training Kayak and Canoe Rowing in on March 27-30, 2014, Yuga.ru reports.The Russian Championship consists of a 2,000-meter distance, the All-Russian Championship of 200-meter, 500-meter, 1,000-meter and 5,000-meter.Over 150 best Russian rowers, including World Champions Victor Melantyev and Oleg Zhestkov from the Krasnodar Territory, will participate in the games.
