Ukraine's acting president calls upon presidential hopefuls to campaign fairly

In a televised address, Ukraine'e Interim President and Parliamentary Speaker Oleksandr Turchynov has called upon presidential candidates to carry out a fair and transparent campaign, ITAR-TASS reports on Wednesday.

"We are going to do our best in order to make the elections transparent, fair and democratic," the acting president is quoted as saying.
