Georgian ex-president fails to arrive for questioning

Georgian ex-President Mikheil Saakashvili has not arrived for questioning at the Prosecutor General’s Office today, RIA Novosti reports.

He was summoned on March 22 to arrive today. Saakashvili said on March 23 that he was not planning to arrive.
