Former Norwegian PM to head Nato

Former prime minister of Norway Jens Stoltenberg is going to serve as the new Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. His candidacy has been supported by all member-states, Reuters reports.

Incumbent head of the body Anders Fogh Rasmussen is set to leave the office on September 30, 2014. He has been serving as the secretary general since 2009.
