Ukrainian acting president dismisses Crimean soldiers

Oleksandr Turchynov, speaker of the Ukrainian parliament and acting president, has signed a decree demobilizing soldiers and cadets from the Crimean Autonomy and Sevastopol, RIA Novosti reports.

They will be dismissed in April 2014 as reservists.
