Russian prosecutor demands closure of separatist websites

The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has demanded access be blocked to four websites promoting illegal armed formations in the North Caucasus, according to official spokesman of the office Marin Gridneva, Interfax reports.

The websites criticise the Russian constitutional system and its territorial integrity.

According to Gridneva, there are about 70 such websites promoting extremism, mass disorders and public protests.
