Moscow to host conference on South Ossetian parliamentary polls
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaMoscow will host a round-table conference entitled “Parliamentary polls and parties in South Ossetia: exigencies and expectations.”
The talks will be attended by Zurab Kokoyev, deputy speaker of parliament of South Ossetia and leader of the Unity Party, Anatoly Bibilov, acting minister for emergencies and leader of the United Ossetia Party, David Sanakoyev, acting foreign minister and leader of the New Ossetia Party, Andrey Areshev, an expert of the Center for Studies of Central Asia and Caucasus at the RAS Institute for Oriental Studies and editor-in-chief of the Science Society of Caucasus Scholars. Alexey Vlasov, head of the North-South Center for Political Analysis and editor-in-chief of Vestnik Kavkaza, will be the moderator at the conference.
